Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis to identify current and potential sustainable agricultural practices and technologies.
Develop sustainable agriculture plans and strategies for farmers, taking into consideration environmental, economic, and social factors.
Collaborate with farmers, agricultural organizations, and government agencies to provide technical support and training on sustainable farming practices.
Develop and implement outreach and education programs to promote sustainable agriculture practices to farmers and the general public.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainable agriculture programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Keep up-to-date with the latest research and developments in sustainable agriculture practices and technologies.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote sustainable agriculture initiatives and garner support.
Participate in conferences, workshops, and other events to share knowledge and best practices in sustainable agriculture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainable agriculture, preferably in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of sustainable farming practices, techniques, and technologies.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
