Position Title: Semiconductor Quality Control Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Semiconductor Quality Control Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee the quality control processes and procedures for our semiconductor manufacturing facility. You will work closely with our production and engineering teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor manufacturing, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the consistent production of high-quality semiconductor products
• Oversee the inspection and testing of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards
• Manage a team of quality control technicians and inspectors, providing guidance and training as needed
• Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in semiconductor manufacturing technology to continuously improve quality control processes
• Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of quality control procedures and identify areas for improvement
• Analyze quality control data and create reports to communicate findings and recommendations to management
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO, SEMI, and customer-specific requirements
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials meets our specifications
• Participate in customer audits and address any quality concerns or inquiries from customers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control methods
• Experience with ISO and SEMI standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing a team and providing training and guidance
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and other quality control tools
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing principles is a plus
