Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development activities to create new nanotechnology products in line with company goals and objectives
• Use advanced nanotechnology techniques to design and develop prototypes for new products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including materials scientists, chemists, and engineers, to develop new nanotechnology products
• Evaluate and optimize product design, manufacturing processes, and materials to ensure product functionality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
• Conduct experiments and tests to validate product performance and reliability
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and make recommendations for product improvements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advances in nanotechnology to identify potential opportunities for product development
• Write technical reports and present findings to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain product documentation, including specifications, bill of materials, and assembly instructions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards during product development and commercialization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nanotechnology, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in nanotechnology product development, preferably in a fast-paced industry
• Strong understanding of nanotechnology principles and techniques, including nanofabrication, synthesis, characterization, and manipulation of materials at nanoscale
• Experience with product design and development, from conception to commercialization
• Proficiency in using software tools for product design and testing, such as CAD, FEA, and simulation software
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements for nanotechnology products
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
