Job Description: As a Climate Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing climate solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our team of experts to design and implement projects that reduce carbon emissions, increase energy efficiency, and promote sustainable practices.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis to identify potential climate solutions for clients
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote sustainability
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather data and information for project development
• Create project proposals, budgets, and timelines
• Manage project teams and oversee project implementation
• Monitor and evaluate project progress and make necessary adjustments
• Provide technical expertise and support to clients
• Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in climate change and sustainability
• Represent the company at conferences, workshops, and other events
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to ensure project success
• Mentor and train junior team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in climate change, sustainability, or environmental consulting
• Strong understanding of climate change science and policies
• Experience in project management and team leadership
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients and stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Flexibility to travel for project meetings and site visits
• Passion for environmental sustainability and creating a greener future
