Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods and products to designated locations
• Plan and organize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
• Load and unload goods from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and storage of products
• Verify and confirm delivery details, including addresses, contact information, and delivery instructions
• Collect payments from customers, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Conduct regular vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to the appropriate department
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the delivery vehicle
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely loading of goods for delivery
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or similar role
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items
• Knowledge of local roads and routes
• Basic math and computer skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
