Job Title: Education Program Coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As the Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our education programs. You will work closely with the education team to ensure that our programs are meeting the needs of our students and are aligned with our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement education programs that align with our organization's mission and goals
• Collaborate with the education team to identify program needs and create program objectives
• Design and coordinate curriculum, lesson plans, and materials for each program
• Establish and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to promote our programs
• Recruit, train, and supervise program volunteers and staff
• Monitor program progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure program effectiveness
• Develop and maintain program budgets and track expenses
• Collect and analyze data to measure program success and make recommendations for improvement
• Plan and execute program events, such as workshops, seminars, and conferences
• Communicate program updates and achievements to stakeholders, including students, parents, and donors
• Stay up-to-date with current education trends and incorporate new ideas into program development
• Ensure program compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
• Prepare program reports for management and funders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in an education setting
• Strong understanding of education principles and practices
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Experience with program evaluation and data analysis
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
