Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nanotechnology Product Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Nanotechnology Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of innovative nanotechnology products from concept to commercialization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of cutting-edge products that meet market demands and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the product development process, from ideation to commercialization, for nanotechnology-based products.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to develop and implement product development plans that align with company goals.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in nanotechnology.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Oversee the design, prototyping, testing, and validation of new products, ensuring they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the competitive landscape to identify potential threats and opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, suppliers, and vendors to support product development and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations throughout the product development process.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the product development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Nanotechnology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the nanotechnology industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching nanotechnology products from concept to commercialization.
• Strong knowledge of nanotechnology principles, processes, and applications.
• Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
