Job Title: Visual Merchandiser

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing displays to attract and engage customers. You will also work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that our brand and products are effectively represented in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement visual merchandising strategies to increase sales and enhance customer experience
• Create attractive and eye-catching displays that showcase our products and brand identity
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop seasonal and promotional displays and campaigns
• Conduct market research and stay updated on current trends and competitors' visual merchandising strategies
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of visual merchandising materials and supplies
• Train and educate store staff on visual merchandising techniques and brand standards
• Ensure consistency of visual merchandising across all stores and online platforms
• Continuously evaluate and improve visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement
• Attend trade shows and other industry events to gather inspiration and network with other visual merchandisers
• Travel to different store locations to set up and maintain visual displays, as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in visual merchandising, fashion design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail industry
• Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, and retail marketing strategies
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Flexibility to travel and work on weekends and holidays, as needed
