Position: Data Support Analyst

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Data Support Analyst. As a key member of our Data team, you will be responsible for providing support and expertise in managing data and ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and integrity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data issues and inconsistencies
• Monitor and maintain data integrity and quality, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions and strategies
• Develop and implement data management processes and procedures to optimize data accuracy and efficiency
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide data support and solutions
• Conduct testing and validation of data systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Develop and maintain data documentation and data dictionaries for reference and training purposes
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in data management and analysis
• Provide training and support to end-users on data tools and systems
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance data quality and integrity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and data management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Experience with data governance and data quality processes is a plus
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
