Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with program partners to develop and implement educational programs that align with our organization's mission and objectives.
• Create and maintain program schedules, timelines, and budgets to ensure the successful execution of all programs.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of program facilitators to deliver high-quality educational experiences to students.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools and other educational institutions to promote our programs and increase student participation.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.
• Develop and distribute program materials, such as lesson plans, handouts, and presentations, to support program facilitators and enhance the learning experience for students.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions for program facilitators and other stakeholders.
• Communicate program updates and progress to key stakeholders, including program partners, educators, and students.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to education programs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our programs through various channels, such as social media, email marketing, and website updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or management, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering educational programs.
• Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
