Position: Academic Program Manager

Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Academic Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and implementation of our academic programs, ensuring their success and continuous growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academia, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a passion for education.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to develop and implement new academic programs in alignment with the institution's mission and vision.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential program opportunities and trends in the education industry.
• Develop program proposals, budgets, and timelines, and present them to senior management for approval.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of program faculty and staff.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners to facilitate internships, job placements, and other opportunities for students.
• Monitor program enrollment, retention, and success rates, and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to develop effective marketing strategies and materials for promoting academic programs.
• Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and seminars related to academic programs to enhance student engagement and learning.
• Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to academic programs.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in academic program management, preferably in higher education.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, market research, and budget management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Demonstrated passion for education and commitment to the institution's mission and values.
