Job Title: Education Coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Education Coordinator to join our team. The Education Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the educational programs and initiatives of our organization. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for education and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives that align with the organization's mission and goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify educational needs and create effective strategies to address them.
• Manage the daily operations of educational programs, including scheduling, budgeting, and logistics.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of educators and volunteers.
• Create and maintain partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote and expand educational opportunities.
• Conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain educational resources, such as lesson plans, activities, and materials.
• Stay updated on current educational trends and research to ensure that programs are relevant and impactful.
• Coordinate and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and events related to education and community outreach.
• Manage and maintain records and data related to educational programs, including attendance, evaluations, and feedback.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including students, families, educators, and community members, to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to promote educational programs and events through various channels.
• Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and other events related to education and community outreach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in education, community outreach, or related field.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of current education trends and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
