Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Curriculum Development Coordinator to join our team. The Curriculum Development Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of a comprehensive curriculum for our organization. This individual will work closely with our instructional design team, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure that our curriculum meets the needs of our students and aligns with our educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with instructional design team to develop a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with our organization's educational goals
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in curriculum development to inform the design and delivery of our curriculum
• Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure that course content is accurate, up-to-date, and meets the needs of our students
• Develop and maintain a curriculum development schedule to ensure timely delivery of courses and updates
• Review and provide feedback on course materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and multimedia content
• Oversee the implementation of new courses and updates to existing courses, ensuring quality and consistency across all materials
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure that curriculum is effectively marketed and delivered to our students
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our curriculum, making recommendations for improvements as needed
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in educational practices to continuously improve our curriculum
• Train and support instructors on the delivery of our curriculum, including the use of instructional technology and other tools
• Manage relationships with external partners, such as vendors and subject matter experts, to support the development and delivery of our curriculum

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design
• Knowledge of curriculum development principles and best practices
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in instructional design tools and software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience working with subject matter experts and managing external partnerships
• Knowledge of industry trends and changes in educational practices
• Passion for education and a commitment to providing high-quality curriculum to students
