Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and the ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more
• Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to improve website ranking and organic traffic
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers
• Monitor website analytics and provide regular reporting on key metrics to measure the success of digital marketing efforts
• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for digital channels
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing channels
• Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to think creatively and analytically
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, is a plus

Working Conditions: This is a full-time position with a standard work schedule of Monday through Friday. However, occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines. This role may also require occasional travel for industry events and conferences.
