Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies to support the design needs of the company.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
• Review and approve all designs to ensure they meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Provide regular performance feedback and conduct performance evaluations for the design team.
• Develop and maintain a budget for the design department, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative design role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and techniques.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
