Position: Data Warehouse Programmer

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Warehouse Programmer to join our dynamic team. As a Data Warehouse Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our data warehouse to support the organization's data analytics and reporting needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement data warehouse solutions that enable efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data warehousing, programming, and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse solutions to support the organization's data analytics and reporting needs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design data models accordingly
• Develop and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to populate the data warehouse from various data sources
• Create and manage data quality controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in the warehouse
• Monitor and optimize database performance to ensure efficient data retrieval and analysis
• Develop and maintain documentation of data warehouse processes, data dictionaries, and data lineage
• Troubleshoot and resolve data warehouse issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data warehousing and database management
• Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS
• Familiarity with data warehouse design principles, data modeling, and data integration techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex data and business requirements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
