Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our growing team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a large commercial vehicle to transport goods and materials to various destinations. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of trucks, including but not limited to, semi-trucks, box trucks, and flatbed trucks.
• Transport goods and materials to and from designated locations, adhering to all relevant traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Plan and map out the most efficient routes to reach destinations, taking into consideration factors such as weather conditions, road closures, and traffic patterns.
• Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience driving commercial vehicles.
• Clean driving record.
• Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
• Ability to operate a variety of trucks and equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work long hours, weekends, and holidays.
