Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. As a vital member of our supply chain department, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the flow of products and materials from our suppliers to our customers. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of supply chain logistics and is capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the movement of products and materials from our suppliers to our customers, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, track shipments, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Work closely with our internal teams, including purchasing, operations, and customer service, to ensure efficient and effective supply chain management.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipping schedules, and delivery status.
• Continuously monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify potential opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms to ensure the best value for our company.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and technological advancements related to supply chain management, and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies related to supply chain management.
• Provide support and guidance to our team members, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
