Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff scheduling. You will also be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees.
• Train, coach, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize shrinkage.
• Plan and execute merchandising strategies to maximize sales and maintain visual standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store in accordance with company standards.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
