Job Title: Production Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Production Manager to join our team. As the Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of our products. You will be responsible for managing the production team, coordinating with other departments, and implementing strategies to improve production processes and meet company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage the production process from start to finish.
• Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor and track production progress, identifying any issues and taking corrective action as needed.
• Oversee the production budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of materials and information.
• Hire, train, and manage production staff, providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing production processes and meeting production goals.
