Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure high-quality work
• Develop and maintain the overall visual design strategy for our brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to understand their design needs and deliver compelling solutions
• Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of visual assets, including digital and print materials, advertisements, social media graphics, and more
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques, and incorporate them into our design processes to continuously improve and innovate
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas and solutions to design challenges
• Communicate and present design concepts, strategies, and progress to stakeholders and upper management
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to promote growth and development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, with a focus on digital and print design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience with UX/UI design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch or Figma
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
• Knowledge of current design trends and techniques, and the ability to incorporate them into designs
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and impactful designs
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in branding and creating brand guidelines is a plus
