Craft Tech Corp is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Quality Control Inspector to join our growing team. As a leading Miscellaneous Manufacturing company, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. The Quality Control Inspector will play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
Perform visual and functional tests on a wide range of products, using various equipment and tools.
Identify and document any defects or non-conformities, and work closely with the production team to address and resolve any issues.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspections and test results, following established procedures and protocols.
Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and processes, with the goal of continuously improving product quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and customer service, to troubleshoot and resolve any quality-related issues.
Conduct regular audits of production processes and equipment to ensure they are in compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, and make recommendations for process improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or vocational training in quality control or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality control processes, tools, and techniques.
Experience with using measurement tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and document product defects.
Familiarity with quality control standards and regulations, such as ISO and GMP.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry software.
