Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability. You will also be responsible for managing and developing a team of employees, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and creating a positive and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, inventory management, budgeting, and marketing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of employees, including hiring and performance evaluations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and safety by monitoring food preparation and handling procedures, as well as cleanliness and sanitation.
• Create and implement strategies to increase profitability and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and update menus, ensuring a variety of options for our guests.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the management team to plan and execute special events and promotions.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proven track record of increasing profitability and managing costs.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.
