Job Title: Curriculum Developer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Developer to join our team. As a Curriculum Developer, you will have the opportunity to create and implement innovative curriculum and instructional materials that align with our company's goals and objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of instructional design principles, curriculum development methodologies, and a passion for education. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, think creatively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop curriculum materials that meet the learning objectives and standards set by the company
• Conduct needs assessments, research, and analysis to identify gaps in existing curriculum and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of curriculum materials
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum and make necessary revisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technology advancements in curriculum development
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality curriculum materials
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, graphic designers, and multimedia specialists, to create cohesive and effective learning experiences
• Communicate and present curriculum concepts and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and instructors
• Continuously evaluate and improve the curriculum development process to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, curriculum development methodologies, and adult learning theory
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems, and other instructional technologies
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present to stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• Passion for education and a desire to continuously learn and improve
• Experience in developing curriculum for online, blended, and/or in-person learning environments is a plus
• Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations is a plus
