As an Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing educational programs and activities for our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs and activities for our organization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize educational needs and goals
• Conduct research and analysis to stay updated on current trends and best practices in education
• Design and implement creative and engaging curriculum for various educational programs
• Source and coordinate with external speakers, experts, and instructors for educational workshops and events
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of program volunteers and staff
• Manage program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through data collection and analysis
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to promote our educational programs
• Communicate program updates and progress to stakeholders through various channels
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies to increase program visibility and participation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or project management, preferably in an education-related field
• Strong understanding of different learning styles and instructional methods
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven experience in curriculum design and development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management software
