As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager to join our team and oversee our warehouse operations.

Job Description: The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and supervising a team of warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of all products
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demand
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Implement strategies to optimize warehouse layout and improve overall efficiency
• Continuously seek ways to improve processes and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with all company and industry safety regulations
• Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, productivity, and costs
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to resolve any issues that may arise
• Participate in budget planning and monitor expenses to stay within budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Proven ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
