Engineering Innovation Forum is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Program Development Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative programs that will drive the growth and success of our company. We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for creating impactful programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential program opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify program needs and gain support for new initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evaluate program strategies
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for program development and implementation
• Conduct market research and gather feedback to ensure programs are meeting the needs of our target audience
• Monitor and assess program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to ensure goals are met
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote programs and increase participation
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve program offerings
• Provide regular reports and updates on program progress and performance to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program development, project management, or a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing programs that drive business growth
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and interpret data to inform program decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
• Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Knowledge of marketing principles and experience in developing marketing strategies is an asset
