Job Description: Shop Smart is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our retail store, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales associates and ensuring the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the store
• Train, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve targets
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock availability for customers
• Create and maintain visual merchandising displays that are appealing and drive sales
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular store meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
• Manage and monitor store expenses, including payroll, supplies, and overhead costs
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Collaborate with other store managers and the corporate team to share best practices and drive overall company success

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in retail management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and customer service orientation
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
