Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and design learning solutions that meet those needs
Utilize instructional design methodologies to create and develop engaging and interactive e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and other learning resources
Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance of content and incorporate adult learning principles into all learning materials
Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning solutions and make necessary revisions to improve learner outcomes
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology to continuously enhance learning experiences
Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion of learning initiatives
Collaborate with the training team to deliver train-the-trainer sessions and support trainers in the delivery of learning solutions
Work closely with the development team to incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics, audio, and video, into learning materials
Monitor and track learner progress and provide support and guidance as needed to ensure successful completion of training programs
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and consistency of all learning materials
Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve technical issues related to learning platforms and tools
Maintain and update existing learning materials to ensure they remain relevant and effective
Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to learning solutions based on feedback
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative activities to contribute ideas and insights for continuous improvement of learning solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of experience in instructional design and development, preferably in a corporate setting
Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning technologies
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia
Experience with learning management systems and other learning technologies
Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus
