Position: Wireless Solutions Architect

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wireless Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Wireless Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge wireless solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and recommend the best wireless solutions to enhance our clients' operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of wireless technologies, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design wireless solutions that align with business requirements and objectives
• Develop and maintain high-level network architecture designs and technical documentation
• Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and clients to identify wireless solution requirements
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis to determine the most efficient and cost-effective wireless solutions
• Perform network troubleshooting and issue resolution to ensure smooth operations of wireless solutions
• Stay updated with the latest wireless technologies and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure access to the latest wireless technologies and expertise
• Lead and mentor junior team members on wireless technologies and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in wireless network design and implementation
• Strong knowledge of wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, LTE, 5G, and Bluetooth
• Experience with network security protocols and best practices
• Excellent understanding of network infrastructure and architecture
• Proficient in network troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Certifications in wireless technologies such as CCNA Wireless, CWNP, or CWDP is a plus
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams is preferred
