Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing information about our adventure trips.
Conduct thorough research to identify suitable destinations, activities, and accommodations for clients based on their preferences, budget, and travel style.
Collaborate with our team of travel experts to create personalized itineraries that meet the clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
Handle booking and reservations for flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation.
Provide detailed information about the trip, including safety precautions, cultural norms, and any other relevant information.
Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends, new destinations, and activities to provide the best recommendations to clients.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the trip planning process.
Follow up with clients after their trip to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for future improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or travel planning.
Passion for adventure travel and a strong knowledge of different adventure destinations, activities, and accommodations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using travel booking software and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
