Position Overview: Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends, create predictive models, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and develop predictive models.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and design data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for cleaning, preprocessing, and integrating data from various sources.
• Perform data exploration and visualization to identify patterns and trends.
• Develop and implement algorithms to improve data quality and automate data processes.
• Communicate complex analysis and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to deploy models and algorithms into production.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance and make necessary improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Data Scientist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of statistical and machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, time series analysis, etc.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Understanding of cloud computing and big data technologies (AWS, Hadoop, Spark, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle and analyze complex, unstructured data from various sources.
• Experience with data mining, text mining, and natural language processing is a plus.
