Position: Education Program Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As the Education Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing educational programs for our organization. You will work closely with our team to create and manage educational initiatives that align with our mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with the organization's goals and mission
• Collaborate with team members to create engaging and effective curriculum for educational programs
• Oversee the planning and scheduling of educational events, including workshops, seminars, and conferences
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors to secure resources and materials for educational programs
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement
• Create and maintain budgets for educational programs and ensure proper allocation of resources
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and other educational institutions to promote our programs and attract participants
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and research to ensure our educational programs are relevant and up-to-date
• Manage a team of educators, providing support and guidance as needed
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote educational programs through various channels
• Develop and maintain program evaluation metrics to track progress and success of educational programs
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and partners to provide updates on educational programs and gather feedback for improvement
• Stay informed about education policies and regulations to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or educational program development
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and learning theories
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Passion for education and a strong understanding of current education trends and policies
• Experience in managing a team and providing leadership and support
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners
