Position Title: Assembly Line Worker

Responsibilities:

• Work on an assembly line in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to assemble products
• Use hand and power tools to perform various tasks such as drilling, cutting, and sanding
• Ensure all parts are properly aligned and assembled according to specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects to the supervisor
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
• Continuously strive to improve processes and increase productivity

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working on an assembly line preferred
• Familiarity with hand and power tools and their proper usage
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
