Position: Medical Device Product Manager

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Device Product Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle for our medical devices, from conception to launch and post-market support. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and ensure successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends
• Use market insights to inform product development and identify new product opportunities
• Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer and business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, regulatory affairs, quality, marketing, and sales to ensure timely and successful product launches
• Develop and manage product budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies
• Monitor and track product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase product adoption and revenue
• Work closely with the sales team to develop sales tools and training materials to support product launches and drive sales
• Serve as the subject matter expert for all product-related inquiries and provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and identify potential risks and opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the medical device industry
• Strong understanding of medical device regulations and requirements
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing medical devices
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders
