Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to our clients' specifications. You will strive to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop websites, web pages, and web applications using programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define website requirements
• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs
• Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
• Troubleshoot and debug website issues
• Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends
• Conduct website maintenance and updates as needed
• Ensure website security and data protection
• Follow best practices and coding standards
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement SEO strategies
• Conduct website testing and performance analysis
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members
• Keep accurate documentation of website development processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Web Developer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation, or Materialize
• Working knowledge of back-end development languages such as Python, Ruby, or Java
• Experience with web development tools such as Git, Grunt, or Gulp
• Knowledge of website optimization techniques and tools
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles
