We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Combat Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Combat Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and success of our operations. You will be responsible for providing tactical support and expertise in various combat situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement combat training programs for all levels of personnel
• Conduct regular assessments of combat readiness and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for combat operations
• Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute joint combat exercises
• Provide specialized training in various combat techniques and strategies
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest combat tactics and technologies
• Participate in combat missions when necessary
• Maintain all combat equipment and ensure it is in proper working condition
• Conduct regular safety inspections of combat areas and equipment
• Provide guidance and support to personnel during combat situations
• Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations related to combat operations
• Prepare and submit reports on combat operations and training progress
• Serve as a liaison with external agencies for combat-related matters
• Mentor and train new combat personnel as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in combat operations, preferably in a military or law enforcement setting
• Extensive knowledge of various combat tactics and techniques
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-stress situations
• Excellent physical fitness and stamina
• Proficient in operating and maintaining combat equipment
• Willingness to work irregular hours and potentially travel for extended periods of time
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.
