MediaMasters Production is seeking a talented and experienced Audiovisual Specialist to join our team of creative professionals. As an Audiovisual Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing all aspects of audiovisual projects, including video production, audio recording, and live event production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all audiovisual projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives, and provide creative solutions to meet their needs.
• Develop storyboards and scripts for video productions, and manage the entire production process, including filming, editing, and post-production.
• Conduct audio recordings for voiceovers, narration, and sound effects, and ensure high-quality audio is captured and edited.
• Set up and operate audiovisual equipment for live events, including lighting, sound, and projection systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth execution of audiovisual projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in audiovisual technology, and make recommendations for incorporating new techniques and equipment into projects.
• Manage and maintain audiovisual equipment, including scheduling maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, writers, and marketing professionals, to deliver cohesive and impactful audiovisual projects.
• Adhere to project timelines and budgets, and communicate any changes or obstacles to the project lead.
• Ensure all audiovisual projects meet quality standards and brand guidelines, and make necessary revisions as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Audio Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in audiovisual production, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid.
• Strong understanding of audio recording techniques and equipment.
• Experience in live event production, including lighting and sound design.
• Familiarity with audiovisual equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting systems.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• A portfolio or reel showcasing previous audiovisual projects is required.
