Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of data scientists to develop data-driven solutions that support our business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to identify and prioritize data science projects
Design and implement data science strategies, processes, and best practices to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions
Develop and deploy predictive models and algorithms to drive business insights and decision-making
Communicate complex data science concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Mentor and coach data scientists to foster their growth and development within the team
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data science, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the team
Manage and optimize data science tools and platforms to support the team's workflow and productivity

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of leading and managing a team
Strong expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
Experience with data science tools and platforms, such as TensorFlow, Spark, or Hadoop
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
