Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help us create intuitive and visually stunning user experiences. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality user-centric design solutions that align with our brand and business objectives. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into innovative and engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, user requirements, and design constraints.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Use data and user feedback to constantly iterate and improve designs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented.
• Maintain design consistency and standards across all products and platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines.
• Experience with front-end development and coding languages is a plus.
