Job Overview: As the Advertising Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all advertising activities for our clients. You will lead a team of advertising professionals and work closely with other departments to develop and implement effective advertising strategies that align with our clients' goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advertising strategies for clients across various industries
• Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the creative team to come up with innovative ideas and concepts for advertising campaigns
• Conduct thorough market research and analyze consumer trends to identify target audiences and create targeted campaigns
• Oversee the creation of advertising materials such as print ads, digital ads, TV commercials, and social media content
• Manage the advertising budget and ensure that campaigns are delivered within budget and on time
• Monitor and track the performance of advertising campaigns and make necessary adjustments to optimize results
• Work closely with the account management team to ensure that client needs and objectives are being met
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and media partners
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and continuously look for new and innovative ways to improve our advertising strategies
• Train and mentor team members, provide guidance and support, and conduct performance evaluations
• Collaborate with other departments, such as public relations and digital marketing, to ensure that advertising efforts are integrated with overall marketing strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in advertising, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully managing advertising campaigns and delivering results
• Strong understanding of advertising principles, techniques, and best practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and advertising software such as Google AdWords and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with digital advertising and social media platforms
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
