Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic plan for our education programs, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall mission and objectives
Oversee the development of curriculum and training materials for all education programs, ensuring they are up-to-date, engaging, and effective
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and secure partnerships with schools, universities, and other educational institutions to expand our reach and impact
Manage a team of program coordinators and educators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of programs
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement and impact
Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
Work closely with the marketing team to promote and market our programs to increase enrollment and participation
Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and community partners, to secure funding and support for our education programs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate our programs
Represent the organization at conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to promote our education programs and build partnerships
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, including health and safety standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the education sector
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful education programs
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in budget management and resource allocation
Knowledge of current educational trends, best practices, and technologies
Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive program growth and impact
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community
