We are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team and assist in managing our facilities and ensuring their efficient operation.

Position Overview: The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities and ensuring that they are well-maintained and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. This individual will work closely with other departments to identify and address any facility-related issues and provide solutions to improve efficiency and functionality. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of facility management and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Develop and implement facility maintenance protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and functionality of all buildings and equipment.
• Work closely with vendors and contractors to coordinate repairs and renovations.
• Monitor facility expenses and maintain budgetary controls.
• Oversee the procurement of necessary equipment and supplies for facility maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential safety hazards and maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and codes.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address facility-related issues and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, invoices, and warranty information.
• Train and supervise facility staff, including janitorial and maintenance personnel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance and management principles.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
• Experience in budgeting and expense management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
