About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components to meet the needs of our company. You will work closely with our team of engineers to ensure that our projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test electrical systems, components, and equipment according to project requirements
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis to determine the best solutions for our projects
• Collaborate with other engineers and team members to ensure that all aspects of a project are in line with company goals and objectives
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and manuals
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development and testing phases
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering to continuously improve our processes and products
• Conduct research and perform experiments to develop new products or enhance existing ones
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source necessary materials and equipment
• Ensure that all electrical systems and components meet safety and quality standards
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and departments as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards
• Experience with CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
• Proficiency in using electrical engineering software, such as MATLAB or LabVIEW
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus
