Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of ground transportation staff, including drivers, dispatchers, and administrative personnel.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the overall performance and efficiency of ground transportation operations.
Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation services.
Monitor and maintain vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure the safety and reliability of our fleet.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient transportation services for our clients.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for ground transportation staff.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
Identify and resolve any issues or concerns related to ground transportation services.
Collaborate with vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality services.
Stay informed of industry developments and implement best practices to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ground transportation operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and transportation management software.
Knowledge of local and federal transportation regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
