Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage academic programs in line with the institution's mission and goals
Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure program curricula are up-to-date and aligned with industry standards
Oversee the hiring, training, and evaluation of program faculty and staff
Monitor program budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources
Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners to facilitate internships and employment opportunities for students
Lead the development and implementation of new academic initiatives
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulations
Analyze program data and make recommendations for improvement
Facilitate academic advising and support services for students
Organize and oversee program events, such as conferences and workshops
Serve as a liaison between the institution, faculty, students, and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

Master's or PhD degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic program management
Experience working in a higher education setting, preferably in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of academic program development and implementation
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and external partners
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of accreditation standards and regulations
