About the Role: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our esteemed institution as a Professor of Education. As a Professor, you will play a critical role in shaping the minds of future educators and leaders in the field of education. You will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students, conduct research, and contribute to the development of innovative teaching methods. Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in education, including curriculum design, educational psychology, and educational leadership
• Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to engage and inspire students
• Mentor and advise students on their academic and career goals
• Conduct and publish research in the field of education
• Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and other academic activities
• Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and improve curriculum
• Stay current with developments in the field of education and incorporate new knowledge into teaching and research
• Supervise student teachers and provide feedback and support to ensure their success

Requirements:

• A doctoral degree in Education or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in teaching at the college or university level
• A strong publication record in reputable academic journals
• Knowledge of current trends and issues in education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
• A passion for teaching and mentoring students
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education
• Previous experience in curriculum development and design is an asset
