Key Responsibilities:

Monitor multiple surveillance screens and cameras to identify any suspicious activities
Keep detailed records of all activities and incidents observed during your shift
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure all areas are secure
Respond promptly to any alarms or emergency calls and take appropriate actions
Report any security breaches, safety hazards, or unusual incidents to the relevant authorities
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Conduct thorough investigations and provide accurate reports as needed
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other security personnel to resolve security issues
Stay updated with security protocols, procedures, and emergency protocols
Assist in training new surveillance operators as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college education in a related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in surveillance operations or a similar role
Knowledge of security procedures, protocols, and emergency procedures
Proficient in operating surveillance equipment and monitoring systems
Excellent observation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
