Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging and effective curriculum materials for our organization. You will work closely with our instructional design and subject matter experts to develop curriculum that meets the needs of our learners and aligns with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to determine learning objectives and design curriculum that meets those objectives.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure that our curriculum is up-to-date and relevant.
• Develop creative and engaging instructional materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and other resources.
• Utilize a variety of instructional methods and techniques to cater to different learning styles and preferences.
• Review and revise existing curriculum materials to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and alignment with company standards.
• Conduct pilot tests and gather feedback from learners and instructors to make necessary improvements to the curriculum.
• Stay up-to-date with advances in technology and incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, animations, and simulations, into the curriculum.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and budgets.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure that the curriculum is aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Provide support and training to instructors on how to effectively use the curriculum materials.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the curriculum through data analysis and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Experience in designing curriculum for various delivery methods, including in-person, online, and blended learning.
• Proficiency in using authoring tools and learning management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
