Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and define learning objectives for various courses and programs
Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, best practices, and standards to inform curriculum development
Design and develop engaging and impactful instructional materials, including lesson plans, presentations, activities, assessments, and multimedia content
Create and maintain a curriculum development process that ensures quality, consistency, and relevance of educational materials
Use a variety of instructional design techniques and methodologies to enhance learning outcomes
Conduct pilot testing and gather feedback from students and educators to continuously improve the curriculum
Conduct regular reviews and updates to existing curriculum to ensure alignment with current standards and practices
Collaborate with the instructional design team to incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods into the curriculum
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
Provide training and support to educators on the proper use of curriculum materials
Stay updated on the latest educational trends and innovations to continuously improve curriculum development processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies
Excellent research and analytical skills
Proficiency in using instructional design software and tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programs
Experience in designing curriculum for various learning modalities, including in-person, online, and blended learning
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences
